Who you are actually buying from
We repair and sell used consoles, and we carry new sealed ones alongside them. Every used machine goes on the bench and gets tested component by component — ten checks, the same ten every time — and whatever we find ends up on the listing. Including the scratches. Especially the scratches. You should know what you are buying while you are still sitting at home, not after you have paid.

The score is calculated
It comes out of the test results. Nobody here can nudge it upwards.

The report sits on the listing before you buy, with anything we found wrong still in it.
