Who we are

Re:Safeplay sells new and refurbished game consoles from Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 0111 777 4698.

Orders

• Placing an order holds stock for you. No payment is taken on this site.
• We contact you on WhatsApp to arrange handover. If we cannot reach you, we may cancel the order and release the stock.

Prices

Prices are in Egyptian pounds. A placed order keeps the price shown when you placed it.

Payment and handover

• You pay cash or InstaPay on handover, after checking the Re:Safeplay seal and the console.
• Pickup is free. Delivery is free within Cairo and Giza; we do not currently deliver elsewhere.
• The console becomes yours once you have paid for it.

Returns

Faulty or not-as-described consoles are exchanged or refunded within 14 days. The returns page has the details.

Nintendo, Nintendo Switch 2, The Legend of Zelda and related names and images are trademarks of Nintendo.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
