How ordering works

  • We message you on WhatsApp to agree a time
  • The console arrives anywhere in Cairo or Giza at no charge
  • You check it, then pay cash or InstaPay

What to check at the door

  • The Re:Safeplay seal sticker on the box is intact
  • Everything is there: console, both Joy-Con 2, grip, straps, dock, HDMI cable, AC adapter
  • The console powers on and starts at first-time setup
  • Both Joy-Con 2 attach and respond

If anything is wrong at the door, don’t accept it. You have paid nothing, so there is nothing to recover.
